TwirlPick picks a random entry; it does not run your contest. Follow the law where you and your entrants live and the rules of the platform you run it on. Draws that people pay to enter, such as raffles, are regulated as lotteries in many places. You are responsible for any permit, registration or rules that apply; TwirlPick only supplies the random pick.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to harass anyone, or to disrupt it for others.

Texts, code and graphics belong to BiLingoPlus LLC unless noted. Third-party names on ready-made wheels are used descriptively; TwirlPick is not affiliated with their owners.
